After many years of playing sports at all levels and working with some very knowledgeable trainers I have learned there are many ways to train athletes. I wanted to put those ideas into a computer training program that would allow coaches to design varying workouts for there players. Having written the power training programs for Coach Rob Remedious , I started to think about other methods of training and putting these into computer form
Being a Football and Track coach I wanted a way to design workouts and keep track of my players progress.
I also wanted the flexibility to use different methods throughout the year.
There are many good programs available, but they all seemed to lack certain features i was looking for.
I have developed a few programs that fit those needs. They are an ever on going project, always trying to make them better and more functional for the coach.
I also want them to be affordable for all coaches.
I hope you can enjoy a use these programs to make the job of designing programs a little easier.
